it seems to me ... if you have a defamation case, the truth overrides. So there really is no case for Konnentech. No need for any discovery, etc.. Would knowing who provided the tip change the fact that Konnentech had servers in China? No. Case should have been dismissed ... no surprise, we already know all the courts are corrupt as anything + everything else.
I read the whole article and the whole thing is 100% surreal, I assume you read it too. The judge is insane, evil, or threatened. Supposedly he’s a “respected” judge.
