I went to the FAA website to collect a little information on the TFR. I put the part I found useful below.
FDC 2/3045 ZMA PART 1 OF 4 FL..AIRSPACE PALM BEACH, FL..TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS. OCTOBER 31, 2022-MAY 31 2023 LOCAL. PURSUANT TO 49 USC 40103(B)(3), THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) CLASSIFIES THE AIRSPACE DEFINED IN THIS NOTAM AS 'NTL DEFENSE AIRSPACE'.
The full TFR text is at the link. Only the first few lines talk about the 'what' of the TFR and the rest of the text is 'what will happen to you if you violate this TFR'.

While on the FAA website, I looked at TFR's for the USA as a whole. Some are in place for years, so I focused on 2022.
This one was dated Feb 2022 and it enhanced identification of civil aircraft "TRANSPONDER MUST BE TURNED ON AND SET TO REPLY ON THE DISCRETE BCN CODE ASSIGNED BY AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL (ATC) OR ISSUED BY FLIGHT SERVICE (FSS). USE OF BCN CODE 1200 IS NOT AUTHORIZED. USE OF THE UAT ANONYMITY MODE IS NOT AUTHORIZED."

The rest of the recent TFRs for the USA are put in place to control or prohibit the use of drones. This might be the actual 'most secure election in history'. With so many people trying to steal the election and so many fighting to protect the election it's gonna be 'standing room only' on the ground and in the air.
