We watched the first two episodes. Fantastic! We’re hooked! It was a bit confusing at first but by the end of the 1st episode it was pretty clear. It’s a very cool twist on a popular sci-fi subject.

We are hooked as well. My take is that all the things the “rulers” want in this world telling us it is for the planet or our good, blah, blah, blah, is accomplished in the future of that show. The result is desolation, more fighting, isolation, weirdness, etc. In other words they screwed up the more they got what they sought via technology.
