JUST IN - Bill Clinton says he has tested positive for COVID-19
Tony Caldwell, Pres. of the Brotherhood Maintenance Way Employee Division, on WR explaining why the RR Union members were planning on striking.
The RR have cut jobs to the bare bones so that they have been forcing sick workers to work or be disciplined just to keep the trains running.
There is a 1929 law that allows the government to intervene.
There are 2 bills in Congress right now, one to stop the strike, the other to give workers 7 days sick leave.
Have to pass with 60 votes.
Therefore, they are striking for sick leave.
