Just got back from P.T.
and groceries-BOTH were painful!

My therapist is very pleased, and wants me to practice
walking short distances without crutches or my cane!
I think I gonna graduate to total freedom very soon!
A little story to share:
After PT I waited for hubby to finish up shopping.
I was really smarting after this P.T. session. and wondering if I can really stand to do that anymore...
In the door pocket of the car. are little packages of Kleenex that I put there just in case( LOL)
They have little sayings printed on top.
The one I grabbed said “Summon your strength”
Funny, that....
Just be very careful on your fledgling flight with no cane.
