Kari Lake would be awesome, after she was AZ Gov for a few years. She really has no political experience (which actually would be a good thing), but she also hasn't run a business or had a career other than journalist, has she? I'm not saying that is disqualifying, but I think the lack of experience could be used against her.
Lack of political experience may be a good thing.
When I had an interview at my last job, I had already had managerial experience as Comptroller and CFO with many folks under me. I was asked what experience I thought made me best qualified to be a manager. After pointing out my past work experience, I told them that raising four children was a main experience, and as far as learning how best to motivate people, my experience training horses was the best training.
They all loved that answer.
