Simple....cost of living.
I asked a guy, w/CA plates (at the carwash), why he moved to TX....he told me he couldn’t afford to live there, anymore....as in pay the rent.
I told him he better not vote to make TX turn into CA.
He said he wouldn’t.
Yeah, right.
I never just say that we moved from California. I say we escaped, hoping people will figure out that we are not bringing California with us.
