What is unsaid in those stories is that if the corporation doesn’t defend its trademarks and copyrights—just once—that can be used as a defense against them. And companies like Disneyland Jack Daniels could not afford to lose control like that. That is the real reason why Disney is an absolute beast about their stuff. It has little to do with what their lawyers are actually saying in their briefs.

Slower today but made my sales day that matched last years!
Amazing consideing I only buy essentials and hardly ever buy fun things!
So many people use their credit cards!
I did away with all my credit cards years ago!

People love positive and most of the time it makes a customer forever asking only for you.
This part of retail is the best!

I know and I personally know many also that told me they regret the vaxx.
I know our employer only stopped the mandate to have the vaxx or get tested every two days until the Court ruled it Unconstitutional! I think back in January 2021!
Right after the 2020 election! Hard place to be in for all of us choosing our income over any vaxx! I feel bad for all those forced to this! So wrong in a free society!
