I learned a long time ago that TDS is incurable.
It is beautiful to look at. Big fluffy piles of snow. It also brings out beautiful behavior in the neighborhood.
One neighbor was out plowing the middle of the street last night right after it stopped snowing. Another neighbor cleared everyone’s sidewalks this morning. A lot of older folk on our block.
Similar to what UVV does to help out in his neck of the woods, I think.

The Democrats party is united trying to destroy the USA.
The Republican Party is fractured and divided trying to save the USA.
This is a problem.
I won’t participate in bashing Trump or DeSantis. I love them both and we need them both to try and save this lost nation.

Trump was fundraising for Zeldin when most Republican politicians and pundits thought he couldn’t even make it close. Zeldin’s coattails then saved the House from being lost by a slate of establishment candidates who lost winnable races.

We’re getting a cool front here!
The guineas are in the top of one of our oak trees having a celebration of the rain and cooler weather! We can hear them from inside the house! :-D
The winter garden is doing well. Maybe I’m weird but it’s so much fun to gather salad greens just before meals. Kale, chard, and collard greens are almost big enough to begin harvesting a few leaves here and there.
We’re working hard today to finally have the house interior completely cleaned up from unpacking. Hauling Halloween decor and a few other storage crates to the barn. There’s one picture in the house left to hang and a couple of hangers for coffee cups to put underneath a shelf. It will do my heart good to live in an area with no boxes or crates in the corners!
Hopefully this is happening just in time to witness the recovery of Rome, not the fall! :-)
