They were very poor, and so this earned it the title of The Nickel and Dime Cathedral.
It is stunning in it’s beauty.

It will get even more dangerous now.
There was a lot of bear scat marking up the resort as it had sat unoccupied for a few days, prior to the final push to close, so I made a lot of noise going about my chores and kept my head on a swivel.
Nightfall, turns the imagination on overdrive, but then I had so many things to do before I could leave, that I just had to put my head down and push into high gear and get everything done, line by line, disregarding perceived dangers.
I would definitely do it differently next time, by having some help with me, and by not having a winter storm bearing down on top of me, that’s capable of trapping me on the mountain if I stumble too much in the closing process, which almost came to pass.
It gives me PTSD, just thinking about it!
