A woman says she found her lost pet cat in a disused church after she had a dream it was trapped there. Nikki Myring-Thomas, 50, was frantic with worry when her three-year-old tortoiseshell moggy Inka went missing for four days.
After days of worrying that Inka had been run over, a fearful Nikki was on the verge of giving up.
But Nikki then says she had a dream Inka was trapped inside a nearby abandoned church. She went straight there in the morning and spotted the cat behind a window of the empty church.

She said: ''I had this dream that Inka was locked in St David’s Church that overlooks our estate. I woke up at about 4am and thought that was a bit weird and then just fell back asleep.
"I just called her name into the window, and lo and behold I could just hear this little meowing coming from inside. I just immediately knew it was my cat.
"I called her name again and suddenly she jumped up onto the window of the church and I could just see her through the leaded glass."
“If I hadn’t had that dream, I wouldn’t have thought to go and check out the church."

Whats the difference between a “disused church” and an “unused church” or an “abandoned church”?
Dunno. But not quite the same as A Church in Ruins...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYV7lqhIaj8
Fred sounds a lot like one of ours, except that Henry has a long nose.
Disused?
Had the church been unbandoned?
Or, perhaps it was de-occupied?
Had it been nonvacuated?

Nice
“I learned one shouldn’t Google “cat house” at work”.
My mother used to always tell me the story that when I was a little girl in elementary school a teacher mentioned a dog house for some reason. I immediately began saying that cats should have a cat house too, cat’s have the right or something.
The teacher evidently tried to tell me you couldn’t say ‘cat house’ and I went on and on believing it was some kind of unfairness to cats (I loved cats).
Teach sent a letter home to my mother thinking it was so funny.

She said it would happen when the cat would intently watch
her making dinner. But the only thing the cat ever
communicated was - 'Feed Me'.
What a cute cat. Looks like my Shannon.
We had a rescue greyhound named Ash. She was the best dog on earth. One night about 2 a.m., I woke up because I heard some metallic sounds downstairs where she slept in her crate, and I wondered if I needed to get up to take her out, or if anyone else in the house would hear the sounds (hah, what a joke), and then I heard a voice in my head, clear as anything, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” and I got up and went downstairs and took Ash out to pee.
Now THAT’S funny!!
Because. Cats.
Another telepathic cat! This one called out to her mom in a dream!
Clever...
Sweet story.
