Since Q said 4-6% wouldn’t wake up (not his wording), seems as though the horrific crimes that will be made pubic will forcibly wake up those not yet seeing.
The bioweapons will help, and Q said specifically crimes against children will do it.

Even worse. my estimation about 1/3 of them will die in 10 years from the injections. Most of them will never know what killed them other then the disease they died from.
