More than likely it is the intent of the Chinese government to exploit the weaknesses in Nuctech’s tech, if the equipment is put on the US/Mexico border. This, coupled with the Chinese buying land near US military bases, would allow the CCP to set up an information gathering network right under the nose of the US government.
