I have been in a crowd like that at a concert where people started to get crushed and it creates a mass panic.
When Zep came to Dallas in 77 someone thought it would be a good idea to sell all the tickets in advance from one central location, the hall where they would hold the concert Memorial Auditorium.
So there was a mob of Zepp fans and some people injured, and a lot very angry.
I was not present but my friends were and succeeded to get in - excellent show! I think it was my first time to see a Laser light display which was a treat!
