A crappy airline with a first class section? Who knew?
When I lived in Japan and got to fly business class on multiple Asian airlines, Thai, All Nippon, Cathay Pacific, Singapore etc., any one of them provided far better business class service than first class on any crappy airline like American.

A crappy airline with a first class section? Who knew?I live in a large enough city now that when I take a business class flight I don't even have to get on an American carrier. Wish the Middle Eastern and Asian carriers would enter our domestic market.
