I think it’s major plastic surgery. It would be very hard for an actor to act/talk like demento Pedo Joe. Who knows what strings, wires, surgeries, and drugs the old criminal is on.
It’s wild to go back and look and compare Joe before and after. The one on the right... definitely controlled. The one of the left, not so much, when he was uncontrollable.
I just want to know how they make him so complaint. He looks mean, before. Can’t you just see him driving his boys around, after mass breaking into houses??
