Screw that! We pulled our 12 year old granddaughter out of public school. I’m her history teacher and music teacher. 1976 copyright on our freshman survey world history book. She’s getting basically the education that her 70 year grandpa got.

I am 70, taught Math and Science (after a first career as a programmer) and I would chose a History text from 1976 over any modern text.

I do, however, applaud your removal of your daughter.

PS, I have some antique history books that are amazing if you need to borrow one.
