And good news for her, Russian novels are really thick.

She can work her way through all of Tolstoy and Dostoyevsky. I don't get the impression she is a big read though.

No thanks...I lasted about two pages in Solzhenitsyn. All of the Russian names confused the heck out of me.

I'm a fan of long novels, such as Atlas Shrugged, the Kent Family Chronicles, Once an Eagle, and Michener's Texas. I just don't dig Russian novels.
