It was basically just a set of rock concerts. The kids just went for the music. Most of them grew up to be yuppies and now they pay $500 a ticket to see Springsteen so he can pay the taxes on his horse farm in Colts Neck, NJ.
Maybe they could do a similar tour today and just call it "No Nugent".
