as an aside...back in the day, we used to do your flag kinds of prints from a simple card deck on an IBM 1440 or 360 and greenbar on a chain?(\line?) impact printer.
You want mostly to avoid right scrolling. People hate that. Width setting will help you avoid that. It’s like turning a page in a magazine to see the rest of the picture if it’s too wide.
