The problem in the NE is NY is putting a stranglehold on us by not allowing anymore natural gas pipelines to be built.

unless you have a solar generator, you would have to stock pile many many gallons of gas or propane to keep your generator going....

we've got a fridge and four freezers....asked my electrician husband about how long they would last on 5 gal of gas and he only guessed...lol....

we've got a wood stove downstairs and I did just order 300 8 hr tea lights....:)
