Ukraine Aided Hillary
Worked With Dems Against Trump in 2016

Ukraine Worked With Democrats Against Trump in 2016 to Stop Putin. The Bet Backfired Badly.

Six years ago, before Russia’s full-scale invasion of their country, the Ukrainians bet that a Hillary Clinton presidency would offer better protection from Russian President Vladimir Putin, even though he had invaded Crimea during the Obama-Biden administration, whose Russian policies Clinton vowed to continue.

Working with both the Obama administration and the Clinton campaign, Ukrainian government officials intervened in the 2016 race to help Clinton and hurt Trump in a sweeping and systematic foreign influence operation that’s been largely ignored by the press. The improper, if not illegal, operation was run chiefly out of the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington, where officials worked hand-in-glove with a Ukrainian-American activist and Clinton campaign operative to attack the Trump campaign. The Obama White House was also deeply involved in an effort to groom their own favored leader in Ukraine and then work with his government to dig up dirt on – and even investigate — their political rival.

Ukrainian and Democratic operatives also huddled with American journalists to spread damaging information on Trump and his advisers – including allegations of illicit Russian-tied payments that, though later proved false, forced the resignation of his campaign manager Paul Manafort. The embassy actually weighed a plan to get Congress to investigate Manafort and Trump and stage hearings in the run-up to the election.

As it worked behind the scenes to undermine Trump, Ukraine also tried to kneecap him publicly. Ukraine’s ambassador took the extraordinary step of attacking Trump in an Op-Ed article published in The Hill, an influential U.S. Capitol newspaper, while other top Ukrainian officials slammed the GOP candidate on social media.

Durham ping list, two articles, excerpted. Freepmail to get on/off this ping list. First is breakdown of Day 2 of the trial, second is analysis and what is likely up ahead.

The Trial of Igor Danchenko: Day Two
Danchenko is in the courtroom, but the FBI is on trial.
Just Human

To the surprise of no one who has been following Durham’s career and his work as a Special Counsel, the famed Punisher showed up on the first day of the trial and put FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten through a painful afternoon of grilling on the witness stand. He wasn’t done with Auten just yet, though. Auten is back on the stand for Day Two.

Before the witness and jury are brought in, there are some issues that counsels need to discuss with the judge. It concerns emails and other messages that Defense would like to get admitted, but the only way they can get them in easily is if Danchenko actually takes the stand. Judge Trenga, after hearing arguments form both sides finally say,
“Well, the question is whether the present sense exception for forward-looking information as an exception to the hearsay rule trumps the rule against admissibility of exculpatory statements by a defendant absent his testifying.”

The most interesting discussion, to me, is that of Millian. It seems that while Millian is willing to speak with the Special Counsel, he is not willing to come to the United States to testify for fear of the safety of his family and even Durham does not know where he actually is!

Durham Continues To Reveal Previously Undisclosed SpyGate Evidence
Brian Cates

How Do You Break 5 Years of Relentless & Endless Russia Russia Russia Propaganda Programming That Still Influences A Large Segment Of The American Public? John Durham Thinks He Knows...

The trial of a key member of the Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential campaign’s dirty tricks team is now winding down in an Alexandria, Virginia courtroom.

A lot of media commentary regarding the Durham Special Counsel is being focused on a narrative that this trial will be it for Durham, and that he’s going to wrap it up now. There will be no further indictments or investigatory actions by the SCO and he’s going to devote his last months as Special Counsel to writing his final report.

The narrative holds that Durham is going to completely ignore the second half of the scope he was given when he was appointed to be the Special Counsel to investigate the Spygate scandal.

That is, that Durham will take no action on the multitude of obvious felonies that occurred when a bogus warrant application using fake s*** that came straight from the Hillary Clinton campaign was approved and renewed three times to target the Donald J. Trump campaign for federal investigations and surveillance during the 2016 election and into the Trump administration itself.

I disagree that Durham is going to shirk his duty and never address the main reason for his being appointed a Special Counsel before riding off into the sunset. Now I’ll explain why I think that.

In ordinary cases, the prosecutor uses a grand jury, builds a case and then unseals indictments, makes arrests and then holds trials or accepts plea bargains on the basis of the evidence collected. It’s pretty straightforward.

Except in the extraordinary circumstances where there’s been a massive criminal conspiracy amongst mainstream news media to taint your prospective jury pool for going on 5 + years.

Most RICO investigations haven’t had:

The New York Times
The Washington Post
CNN
ABC
NBC
CBS
Fox News
Time Magazine
Newsweek
NPR
Twitter/Facebook

working relentlessly to preemptively poison the well for 3 years before a US Attorney is even appointed to publicly begin their investigation and get their boots on.

[much snipped]
Once The Playing Field Has Been Leveled, What Could Durham Do?
What indictments **could** Durham unseal, based on the evidence that has surfaced at these two trials, if he so desired to?

Well first off all, Durham could charge multiple people from the 2016 Clinton campaign and the private contractor dirty tricksters and spies they hired to illegally steal classified data and construct Trump/Russia collusion hoaxes with it with ESPIONAGE.

Next, he could charge the members of the federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies who made the deliberate decision to continue their illegally predicated spying on Trump and his associates once Trump had become the nation’s 45th President with TREASON.

Based on what’s been made public so far - and we know we haven’t seen everything Durham has got at this point - there’s no question in my mind that Durham **could** file indictments for theft of classified information, espionage and treason.

What we’ll be waiting to see once this current trial is over, is if he will follow through or not now that he’s exposed much of the joint venture and effectively killed the gaslighting narrative that trapped the country in an illusion for half a decade.

I haven’t seen you in a long time, Liz - you always post such good stuff. Only quibble is the part about Russia “invading” Crimea etc. Great background on Ukraine and corrupt US politicians/others working together in criminal enterprises. Here’s a tiny url for that great article:

Democratic operatives

Even their name is a lie, these election-stealing/authoritarian a-holes are absolute enemies of the American People.

I've coined a new term to describe the RATs:

The Democraphobic Party.....or democraphobes
