I gave it a chance. I made it through the first three episodes before giving up on it. It's just not very good, no matter how cute Galadriel is.
HBO's "House of the Dragon" is much better. HBO really knows how to do this kind of stuff. I was hooked from the beginning and so far, I haven't been disappointed with a single episode (I do miss the younger, much hotter Rhaenyra Targaryen though but the current actress is doing a good job).
I’d definitely take a young Cate Blanchett over her.

"Cute" isn't enough. Tolkien described her as the "fairest in the world." This one doesn't come close. They should have scoured the globe for a new uncommon beauty, like Uma Thurman in her prime.
