• I hit boxer Jerry Quarry in the stomach in a bar...he asked me to.
  
• In high school, I threw out future Heisman Trophy winner Charles White of USC trying to steal 2nd base...he tripped
  
• Also in high school, was flagged for a late hit on QB John Elway who was playing for Granada Hills high.
• Rode the elevator multiple times with Don Ho who lived in the penthouse suite of the Hilton Lagoon apts on Waikiki..always had 2 blondes on his arm

-Met the Dukes of Hazzard actors as a kid
-Met Robert Morgan of Memphis Belle fame
-Once flew on an American Airlines flight with race pimp Al Sharpton.
-Saw W and and his dad speak
-Saw various bands at Lollapalooza, though never met the band members.
-The best memories are of the folks that did various historic things or held great roles, though they themselves were not famous. WWII/Korea/Vietnam/Gulf War vets. Former aerobatic pilots. Governors, Mayors, Archibishops, Olympians, Professors, etc. Each person had a story. Sometimes that story wasn’t appreciated until after they were dead.
