In interview with Mockingbird Chris Wallace, John Kirby said something very revealing & apparent slip when discussing the Nord Stream pipeline - he said it was sabotage ...
“without crediting anyone”
He didn’t say,
“without blaming anyone”
This was quite a slip. In 40 years of watching + following current events, I never thought I’d see the day when Russia would be given provocation and even moral justification to take out USA.
So, saying
“sabotage without crediting someone”
would be said if the someone was on his/our side,
and saying
“sabotage without blaming anyone”
would be said if the anyone wasn’t on his/our side.
And, “cui bono” (who benefits) from the pipeline being sabotaged; IIRC it occurred after Russia shut the gas off.
