Maybe I can help-—a bit: Since the Fibbers are so intent on protecting the Bidum cabal and the 2020 election it makes sense that either a white hat or another agency pressured Gascon to prosecute the chicom guy under state law. The main reason for that would have to be to keep Slojoe from pardoning the snake to keep him from ever testifying or even being deposed, etc. Don’t know who but there just might be someone in Kali with a handle on their own elections being screwed with. Victor Davis Hansen has talked about that.

The FBI is divided. Evil guys at the top, and most of the rest are good. Q said that as well. Tons of FBI whistleblowers, the majority hate what’s happening. So good ones pressured Gascon.

“The main reason for [Charging Yu under state law rather than federal law] would have to be to keep Slojoe from pardoning the snake to keep him from ever testifying or even being deposed, etc.”

That’s an excellent point.

It does almost seem like the Q post “First arrest will verify action and confirm future direction” is referring to moving the legal focus away from Washington and back to state and local law enforcement. The is the angle Catherine and Gregg have been taking with their initiative that focuses on local Sheriffs to fight election fraud. Maybe it was understood all along that it had to play out this way because the Federal Government was just too corrupt and compromised to be able to address election fraud in any meaningful way.

There is always Durham. But he’s only one prosecutor and has limitations placed on what he can investigate.
