I can quote many U. S. Presidents and High ranking Generals from Truman on who have said “We will use all weapons as necessary to defend...Blah, blah, blah”, but not a DIRECT QUOTE of using Nuclear Weapons in any specific circumstance.
CNN, NBC, NYT, WaPo, etc. have been rattling a lot of sabers lately which, frankly, are not theirs to rattle.
Saber rattlers can use them best on their own freaking innards!!!
