My first thought was….I don’t exactly trust corrupt LA County DA Gascón to do the right thing?!
But looks like he had no choice.
Konnech breached their multimillion dollar contract that was handled & protected by LA County Board Supervisor Sheila Kuehl…
who is currently UNDER INVESTIGATION for PUBLIC CORRUPTION & BRIBERY.
So the LA County Sheriffs & the FBI, along with East Lansing Police Department and Ingham County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan, took the information they seized from hard drives & stored information & began investigating Konnech.
Looks like Gascón was TOLD, not asked, to arrest Yu by a team of FBI Agents & Sheriffs that were the real deal. 🔥

I’m holding off getting too excited about this since I saw that it was Gascon as the prosecutor.
I foresee a botched prosecution (on purpose) with an acquittal in a California court. Then Yu uses that as double jeopardy to avoid being charged for the same offense elsewhere. Delay. Delay. Squirrel!
