Hmmm. Where was Nuland when this was ordered? These people are sick.
The bridge will be open to rail traffic around 8 PM tonight, Crimean time. Also, they’ll re-open 1/2 of the vehicle traffic, with 1 lane in each direction. Significant road decking was destroyed, but the piers remain. They’ll divert the other roadway to two-way traffic.
Also, it seems that the IED truck-bomb was timed to take advantage of a train load of fuel on the rail bridge at the same time.
