It was a staged detonation for a propaganda film. The explosion takes place here: 47.467943, 35.735414.

You can load those coordinates into google earth and replicate the exact scene, sans explosion. It's in a field in what was (ironically) until a few days ago Russian occupied territory, not an ammo depot.

Here's the mines being buried for the propaganda film, geolocated to the exact same location.
