I wear shorts and top over my swimsuit, lol, I didn’t walk around just anywhere other than a pool or beach like that when I actually looked great in a swimsuit and would certainly not do it now.
Yes, massage would help. If I could afford it I’d have a massage therapist come to my home every day!
But, alas, all relief is only temporary. It’s ok, maybe I should help out with injured or disabled people that don’t want to be on drugs all their life.

WAAAAAAAA!!!
*sniff*
I took a hard fall this afternoon.
We have a wooden sidewalk that leads to the front door.
Somehow I tripped on it and landed on my left hip
REALLY HARD!
Good thing hubby was home!
I laid there crying for quite awhile.
Was able to get up with Hubbys help.
He fetched my old crutches and I them used to get back inside.
I’m sitting here in a lot of pain, but my meds helped some.
I just hope it’s not broken.

Well, I could swim, contrary to what doctors thought, after my neck surgeries. But I agreed for radical neck lymph removal with my cancer surgery. It was not needed and now, I wouldn’t have had it.
I try not to take anything for pain, usually stretches help.
