If these allegations are true, it’s pretty sleazy, and she just HAD to know that one day, it was going to come out. If you are going to be a public figure, especially one who is such a great fighter and proponent of Christianity, my advice to her would have been to come clean BEFORE you are exposed.
I have been an admirer of MTG and her determination to go after the criminals. This news (again, if true) sure lets her fans down. It would have been a wiser thing to make it known that she has made some unfortunate mistakes in the past that are likely going to come out, but, by God’s grace and forgiveness, has moved on and grown.
I think this is why Assange once said that the reason nobody finds any dirt on Trump is because he doesn’t have any. Everybody knew what Trump had been up to - nothing was secret about him. We knew who he was, accepted it, and supported him.
In any case, I hope she wins and recovers from this. I also wonder about her husband’s timing - can’t help but wonder if this little nugget will be enriching him somewhat. He sounds like a bit of a jerk.
