The fact that people have been in and out of the Great Pyramid for more than 2000 years suggests that it's been picked clean, as had most of the Valley of the Kings tombs.
There were remnants of painted plaster inside, those have fallen off in the past couple centuries. One had a reference to such-and-such a year of the cattle drive during the reign of Khufu. The How Mighty Is The Great White Crown of Khufu work gang left their graffiti in one of the relieving chambers above the king's chamber.
The architect's burial (though not his mummy) is located within site of his work. Khufu's mom's tomb was built near his pyramid, and her tomb was robbed during the construction. The Great Pyramid was built for and used as the tomb of Khufu.
