If you are talking about Nord Stream 1&2, they are only about 210 feet down at that point. The Baltic is very shallow.

You can't tell the size of the break from the pattern since the gas would rise from the upstream end of any hole. The size is simply a function of the gas spreading as it goes up.

Thanks; Denmark and now another country has photos of the bottom and shows the breaks, supposedly. I know nuttin... so the gas got turned off and this is just what’s still in the line? Just I’m clear on it.
