Thank you for the ping. I subscribe to Epoch Times and they posted this news too. Curiously silent is Doug Ford, Premier of Ontario. He’s supposed to be a Conservative, so why hasn’t he joined the revolt? Since the beginning of the covid nonsense, and after seeing how readily he stomped all over our freedoms, I’ve concluded that he’s a purchased commodity and I wrote to him accusing him of that.
His brother, the late Rob Ford, former mayor of Toronto, weathered drug and alcohol addiction scandals during his administration and was forced to resign. We all know that substance abuse compromises our ability to use good judgement and it made me wonder what other improprieties Rob Ford had engaged in while under the influence. It isn’t a certainty, but the brothers were close, and I suspect that Doug Ford may have engaged in some of those same improprieties that made him vulnerable to being controlled. That control would prevent him from joining the Prairie provinces in their rejection of federal gun control overreach.
