one thing I wondered about this DRAFT is that ... if, as considered, Strzok was actually C_I_A working at F_B_I and he was never really an F_B_I employee, then this DRAFT never became an official document. There’s still a question of how + why WRAY could have actually “fired” him if he was never working for F_B_I in the first place.
