Most of us would "append the 'f' word" to EVERTHING. Two or three times if conditions warranted or we felt the need for additional emphasis.
(My Mother had three recently discharged MIL in the house for six weeks and marveled for years about the absolute precision and slow pace of our conversations at dinner or any other time we were in her vicinity..... We, of course, had heard the old joke about the returned GI who asked the Priest at the family dinner table to "Please pass the f'in butter.")
My oldest brother brought home a buddy from college, former Army dude. He told my Mom that ‘those were the best f’in potatoes I had ever had.’ I was loving life @ that moment.
