Except for a wedding and a funeral I haven’t been back to Philly in 20 years.
It seemed that when I was living and working there, the blight moved up one block per year along Allegheny, Kensington, and Frankford Avenues. Looks like Mayfair has succumbed. What’s next Tyson and Bustleton Avenues?
Sad to say, but with the Dims holding the city hostage, I don’t think it will ever have a chance of surviving.
Hard to remember the good old days when the present is so dreadful.
Shame on Philly. Pennsy had the most signers of the Constitution.
