In a mob controlled neighborhood it was always clean and peaceful. They did not allow filth and anyone with any mouthy attitudes. As long as you were not involved, you could walk down the streets in relative safety.
Time to take a lesson from the mob and clean up all the neighborhoods straight across the country.
