You can look fit and healthy, but one never knows what sort of ticking time-bomb you have going on inside. My buddy almost died. He is a life long gym rat who had a genetic heart defect that sent him to ICU after emergency surgery when he collapsed.

But thats why these kinds of things are considered surprises, as opposed to a huge whale of a gal or guy keeling over at a buffet.
