Here’s my thoughts on President Trump and Judge Dearie:
1. PT placed Dearie on his list of approved Special Masters because he was sure the Deep State would select him. Dearie signed the FISA warrant and the DS was sure that he was on their side (due to his hatred of PT or DS blackmail).
2. PT appears to practice the term “do the right thing” and is giving a chance to Dearie to “do the right thing”.
3. Dearie is between a rock and a hard place. If he agrees with PT, he will have to deal with the FIB’s wrath (Dearie did not kill himself). If he states, after reading, that the FIB snowballed him, he throws the FIB under the bus. (Dearie did not kill himself).
4. If he does not “do the right thing” and sides with the FIB, he goes down with the FIB when he/they are charged.

I didn’t take much from him saying that he’s starting with a presumption that something labeled “classified” is in fact classified. It’s really up to the D_o_J to note that they were directed to declassify such things (but didn’t). Then Trump can show the tweet saying that anything & everything related to HRC e-mails and FISAgate was declassified (hopefully there are more particulars as well). Then we’ll find out whether + which way Dearie is leveraged (IDK + TBD). WWG1WGA :)
