As far as I understand it, when you elect to continue past the security block, the warning notice should suspend; they cannot block you from going where you will on the web. Perhaps you can find a remedy on the web - or from JimRob. Otherwise just patiently work past the security block. You can complain to your browser program owner.

blacklist shows hundreds of conservative websites which were censored on Android’s news search results. There is an obvious political bias.
