I don't know how much these lands and properties are worth. The Crown lands today under King George III they had to give up some of the profits from the lands to parliament. Though they have managed to keep the lands.

They own about 90% of Canada. 23% of Australia and so on. All inheritances under these territories without a will goes to the crown which means they're gaining more.

The pope's worth is amazing as well. I've heard it said the Vatican is one of the wealthiest countries in the world. People have been giving their inheritances and part of their income to the church for nearly two thousand years.
