I just looked at my IRA and 401K accounts. The IRA is down 17% since the start of the year. The 401 is also down over 10%.

but what to do with your retirement in the stockmarket?...the whole world is crashing...banks are not safe and any acct even in a safe bank is backed up only to a certain amt...

tonite, am very afraid....more then usual....mortage paid off but have some other bills....canned more tomatoes...bought some peaches and plums from a farmers market....picked green beans....

but, still very worried....
