Zone A is under evac orders. I haven’t heard of any others.
Also, the Cat 3 surge will stick around for a while even if the storm wind fields drop in intensity. Katrina lost wind speed just before landfall, but that did not stop the Cat 5 36’ surge in Bay St Louis.
