Only thing is, that article from The Oklahoman about state sovereignty is 13 years old. (05/05/09).

If I’m understanding it correctly, it deals with requiring a vote of The People to change compensation of members of the OK Legislature. Doesn’t seem to have anything to do with state sovereignty. I’m confused! (Many will say that’s my natural state of being, LOL)
I wrote Gov. DeSantis about this the day after the (faux) Bitem election, Nov 2020. No word as to his reaction.
