Thank you, I’m interested in the thing that puts the bones in place. DH would really have to be carefly, I’m afraid of making it worse. I will check it out. I’m glad your back got fixed.
This Youtube video has a stretch that worked for my wife. She has lower back problems and you can feel the vertebrae poking out. The first stretch in this video, the one on the stomach gets them back in place. she does this stretch in the mornings and it really helps.
