Maybe finally, somebody will sue or countersue or better yet file criminal charges against Biden and the feds for illegally allowing INVASION in our southern borders contrary to the Constitution Article VI, Section 4.
A state filing criminal charges against the feds would fit perfectly with this crime of the federal government against the states.
I've been saying that for a while. We are being invaded and the feral government is doing nothing about it. Personally, I'd support snipers on the Rio Grande. Pop a few of the adult males in the head and they'll stop coming pretty darn fast/
