No the administrator staff isn’t either

You’ve obviously never worked in a hospital

Oh yes they are... We are just cattle to administration. All they care about is profit or loss. I have witnessed it first hand having been in and out of hospitals the last 20 years with family members.

And I have four kids who are health professionals and have worked in hospitals and care homes from first employment as CNAs to current as nurses and technicians. The policies and practices disgust them as moral caring individuals and they see and work with it everyday.

If you do not recognize this reality then you are either gullible, blind, or part of the deception. And it is blatant and obvious for everyone to see. Example would be as simple as discharge times.

Why does policy not allow discharge at 11:59 AM? Because if they wait until 12:01 PM they can charge for another whole 24 hours even though you were there only one minute of that 24 hours. And these greedy perspectives and policies just pile on top of each other until even the policies about treatments cause harm for profit.

Profit is the baseline, all else does not matter at all. The reason they force employees to sign policy nondisclosure anti-whistle blower agreements is tell all in it’s self alone. Why??? What have they got to hide? You know as well as I do why they have to hide policy...

Here is another example... And it is outright medicare fraud.

We have a local hospital that advertises an “independent” walk in testing lab open to the public in general as third party testing for primary doctors. They claim to be in competition and provide the same services as other 3rd party testing labs. I personally caught them taking advantage of the elderly on medicare who were trusting.

Testing by other third party “walk in” labs have set flat rates for each test. What primaries order are very affordable and might add up to a couple hundred dollars in total for a whole work up. This hospital was deceptively “admitting” each patient into the hospital as an outpatient simultaneously as they signed the agreement to let them do “Walk in testing”.

Quick $1000 right off the top because they were legally being “admitted” into the hospital plus the couple hundred for the “walk in” tests... This is outright medicare fraud for profit...

And I have many more personal experiences if you are interested...

Here is my most recent...

Starting 6 months ago my Dad started to have problems with his bowels and regularity. I ended up needing to take him to the hospital. They did all the work up and imaging. The doctor “did not find anything wrong”. Dad’s primary referred him right back to this same specialist from he hospital. I kept happening, and after 4 emergency room visits and hospitalizations from complications of this gut issue we went to a different hospital.

After more imaging at the new hospital a caring doctor, ironically from China, took me into restricted area and honestly shared with me his CT scans slice by slice. He had a tumor growing in his gut that was so large it was blocking off his bowels. It had obviously been growing for years. And it was so obvious there was absolutely no way they did not see it the first time I took him into the emergency room.

From beginning to end it was hidden from us on purpose. Why? More primary Dr visits, emergency room visits, and hospitalization equals more profits for everyone involved. Just lost Dad 7 days ago on 9-11-22 from this issue that they hid from us for profit which may have been treated... Even if not, honesty from the beginning would have saved us a whole lot of heartache and hardships. Instead they stretched it out just to make a few more bucks.

And THIS is how it really works...

Did you catch that? I just lost my Dad 7 days ago because of these greedy policies and practices... And I have the documentation to prove it.
