I wouldn’t be so sure about what trump believes at this point. If the reports are true about his retweeting qanon stuff then I would be concerned that he is causing himself, and by extension, the republican party problems. There are plenty of people who will be turned off by these allegations, true or not. And at this point this is the last thing the party needs.

I’ve spent the last 3 weekends working with my local precinct in contacting voters and I have heard more than once that trump being in the news all the time is sucking the air out of the the room so to speak. When our local candidates are spending more time answering questions about stolen elections, doj conspiracies, etc. and not being able to articulate their platforms to voters then I would say we have a problem.
